Ambition provides a range of services to meet your specific needs for dreaming and creating your project. Take a look at the services offered below.
Full Set of Plans
This option is the full package. Whether it is a ground-up build, addition, or remodel, the price of $1.00 per sq. ft. cannot be matched for the quality of work the client will receive.
This package includes a cover sheet, detailed floor plans, exterior elevation views, electrical plan if requested, section detail views for specific areas of construction, general roof and ceiling plans, and wall framing plans, as well as a foundation plan that will need to be reviewed and stamped by an engineer. A site plan can be requested if the client can provide required lot details.
In addition, the client can specify which fixtures they would like to build out, such as windows, doors, plumbing fixtures, millwork and molding, etc.
Once provided with the above documents, the client then takes it to their builder and from there, the rest of the work and plans are done by the builders and clients, as Ambition Drafting is not qualified to stamp any plans, or provide structural documents such as wall bracing, truss plans, etc.
Floor Plans and 2D Drawings
If all you need are basic floor plans for a house or a possible addition/remodel, this option is a very simple and timely choice.
At just $.50 per sq. ft., a floor plan drawing can easily be drawn up and delivered to the client with as much detail as requested.
If it is a floor plan or rendering for a commercial building, a flat fee of $300-$500 will be charged, depending on the size of the structure.
3D Renderings
This option is suitable for those who would like to envision their dream in a 3D world. Ambition and the client will coordinate their vision on paper in 2D sketches and space planning, transform those into a final floor plan, and Ambition will create a final 3D render. With Chief Architect's premier software, the details will be immaculate, and every inch of the house will match the client's desires.
For this service, Ambition will charge a flat fee of $500.
In addition, we can do interior remodel renderings, so you can see in detail what your new interior dreams will look like!
