Just as Persephone did in the Greek tales, this house follows the dark side of her desires. Modeled after a Renaissance castle, Persephone features high pitched roofs, stone covered turret features, quoins that climb the high walls, and moody, dark brick exteriors. 

The floor plan layout illustrates the large family room, that the beautiful kitchen leads into. This plan also features two master suites, each on their own level of the house. 

The gorgeous kitchen is probably the cornerstone of this house. The stone-wrapped, overly-sized oven and cooktop area is perfect for the ambitious cook. The large island gives plenty of prep work space, and with multiple built-in appliances, clutter and crowding will never be an issue.
